Shipping policy
Where we ship
Keitech Canada ships within Canada only. We do not currently ship to the United States or internationally.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping — $14.99 CAD
- Standard shipping — $9.99 CAD on orders of $150 CAD or more (before taxes)
All rates are in Canadian dollars and are shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address. Applicable taxes (GST/HST and QST) are calculated on both the products and the shipping charge at checkout.
We do not currently offer an express or expedited shipping option.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, typical delivery times are:
- Quebec and Ontario: 1 to 4 business days
- Rest of Canada: 3 to 8 business days
- Remote and northern regions: up to 14 business days
These are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier volume and remote destinations can cause delays.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received it within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; a new shipping charge may apply.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at orders@keitechcanada.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
