Terms of service

1. Overview

This website is operated by Keitech Canada, the exclusive Keitech distributor for Canada. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Keitech Canada. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information with every purchase.

3. Where we sell

We sell and ship within Canada only. Orders with a shipping address outside Canada cannot be accepted.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude taxes. GST/HST and, where applicable, QST are calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, and also apply to shipping charges. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

5. Products and availability

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly as they appear in person. We reserve the right to limit quantities, to discontinue any product, and to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

6. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we ship the items. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation.

7. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

8. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms of Service.

9. Product use and safety

Fishing tackle contains hooks and small parts. Keep products away from young children and use them responsibly. You are responsible for complying with the fishing regulations that apply where you fish.

10. Intellectual property

The Keitech name, logo and product designs are the property of Keitech and are used under authorization. All site content — text, images, and layout — is protected and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Keitech Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or of our products. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

12. Personal information

Personal information submitted through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
